Black Cat Tour MC Forged Irons

MC (Muscle Cavity) is a tour-caliber forged iron with a cavity that is precision milled to exact thickness specifications to provide better play.

Billet forged
Like the DC model, Black Cat Tour MC iron heads are billet forged from soft, 1035 carbon steel with the cavity, face and scorelines CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) milled.

Progressive offsets
The progressive offset design of the DC and MC models allows the sets to be combined at any point, permitting larger (DC) long irons and more traditional (MC) short irons.

Right Hand Only

Comes in standard length with Standard Lamkin Crossline grips unless otherwise specified in your order (Mid, Jumbo, and Ladies Crossline are also available)

Precise control
The low center of gravity (CG) provided by the undercut cavity and thin, 2.0mm face thickness provides precise control with each iron, creating higher flying, softer landing long and mid-iron approach shots.

Offering a deeper cavity and a thin 2.0mm upper face thickness, Lynx’s DC model is a mid-size undercut perimeter weighted design that provides the forgiveness of a larger sweet spot for off-center hits.

Lynx Black Cat Tour Milled MC and DC models optimize weight distribution for their given sizes. Machine milling removes needless weight from the upper areas of the cavity and allows more mass to be placed in the low and rear/center of the cavity for a deep Center of Gravity (CG). This maximizes ball flight and trajectory for each club in the set.

With a standard sized head, the MC model offers a medium-thin top line and CNC milled cavity slightly shallower than its DC counterpart for the more advanced player. Minimal progressive offset throughout the set and a low center of gravity (CG) allow forgiveness on off-center shots. The MC model maintains the workability better players desire.
