Snake Eyes 600WB wedges are precision forged
(a 5 step precision forging process) from billets of S45C carbon steel
to provide optimal feel for a clean muscle back design. This process
produces more accurate raw forgings, compacts the metal tighter for the
elimination of voids and allows for less grinding and polishing to give
better consistency from head to head. 600WB wedges offer wider sole
widths than the Orginal Snake Eyes Forged wedge and a tour beveled sole
design to enhance the playability from the sand, rough or fairway.
Bounce angles are geared to be current with trends by PGA Tour players.
The 60°
wedge is designed with 10 degrees of bounce to allow better play from
the sand and rough, and its "U" grooves are CNC machine milled for
great accuracy. 600WB wedges are finished with a black oxide finish
that has a high-gloss 'oily' appearance. The black oxide finish does
wear off over time and surface beneath will rust, leaving a well-worn
appearance that has become quite popular with Tour players.
