Both models are equipped
with two weight ports in the rear portion of the sole to customize
flight and feel. Offering further precision for the NZ-2 fairway wood
is the club’s Carpenter Custom 455™ high-strength steel face. Unlike
most titanium drivers that simply maximize size to the limits of USGA
regulations (460cc), the NZ-2 utilizes nano-polishing technology to
increase top crown strength while thinning it out to allow for its twin
custom weight screw ports.
The jumbo size, combined
with the sweeping rear sole shape places more mass on a horizontal
plane with the impact zone giving powerful performance and feel.
